City and Guilds are a global leader in skills development, providing services to training providers, employers, and trainees across a variety of sectors to meet the needs of today’s workplace. A report was created for the The Industry Skills Board (ISB), based on the strong City and Guilds brand, with the aim of encouraging successful employer adoption of key skills policies.
